Stephen V. Rossettie was born and raised in Corning, New York as the youngest of ten children. He attended college in New York City graduating from Fordham University in 1981 and obtained his law degree in 1984 from Fordham School of Law.
He returned to Corning focusing his practice of the law in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, criminal, estate planning, bankruptcy, and real estate transactions. Attorney Rossettie also worked part-time as a Trial Assistant/Court Attorney for the Honorable Henry J. Scudder from 1987-1992.
Mr. Rossettie currently specializes in residential real estate purchase and sales and mortgages. Stephen has been examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company (formerly Ticor Title) since 1985, and also underwrites title insurance policies for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. His practice also includes work on a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Rossettie is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts; United States Federal Court, Western District of New York; and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Steuben County Bar Association.
Mr. Rossettie is a Past Chairman of the American Red Cross, Corning Chapter; Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Corning; Past Chairman of the All Saints Parish Council; Past President of the All Saints Academy School Board, and currently is Counsel to the Steuben County Republican Committee. Stephen is married to Vicki Rossettie, and together, they enjoy their five children and four grandchildren.
