Gabriel V. Rossettie focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, economic development, businesses and non-profits.
In his transactional practice, Mr. Rossettie handles real estate purchase and sale transactions, development and construction projects, commercial mortgage closings, and commercial leasing transactions. Mr. Rossettie serves as counsel to a number of economic development agencies and non-profits in the Southern Tier region. Mr. Rossettie is experienced in handling business transactions including startups, acquisitions, sales, and entity formation.
Mr. Rossettie handles select civil litigation matters, concerning commercial and real estate matters, business disputes, and estates and trusts litigation.
Mr. Rossettie earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, and earned his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York and the federal district court for the Western District of New York.
Mr. Rossettie lives in Corning, New York with his wife, Shena, and their five kids.
