Richard P. Rossettie began the firm in 1979.   In January 2025 Mr. Rossettie semi-retired. His practice is now limited to solar leasing transactions, regular support of a few institutional clients, and assisting our business law group on a part-time basis.

Mr. Rossettie was admitted to practice law in New York in 1978. He graduated from Fordham College in 1974 [B.A., Economics and Philosophy, magna cum laude] and Fordham Law School in 1977.

Mr. Rossettie is past president of the Steuben County Bar Association. He has held numerous leadership roles in community and bar activities.  He is an avid woodsman, fisherman, cook and traveler.  He enjoys reading broadly, traveling, and speaking Italian.

Mr. Rossettie lives in Corning with his wife of 45 years, Lori.  They have three sons and many grandchildren.
